Yes! We provide telehealth visits via Zoom for your convenience. Note: because of the physician’s license, the patient needs to open Zoom and join the call from one of our 5 locations: Maryland, Nevada, Illinois, Georgia, Missouri.

At this time, we are a cash-only practice.
We do not accept insurance, Medicare, or Medicaid.
However, we are happy to provide you with a superbill upon request, which you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement (depending on your plan).

Yes, there are a few important steps to complete at least 48 hours before your appointment:

  • ✅ Access the patient portal called “Passport”
  • ✅ Fill out the required intake forms (we will email these to you).
  • ✅ Pre-pay a $50 deposit to hold your appointment. This amount will go toward your total visit cost.

If these are not completed 48 hours prior, your appointment may be canceled or rescheduled.

We accept:

  • Credit/debit cards
  • Electronic payment (details provided upon booking)

Payment is due at the time of service, minus your $50 pre-paid deposit.

We understand that things come up!
Please provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule to avoid a late cancellation fee. If you cancel with less than 24 hours, the $50 deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee.

Appointment lengths vary based on the type of visit:

  • New Patient Appointment: 1 hour
  • Follow-Up Appointments: 60 minutes
  • Follow-Up with Paperwork: 60 -90  minutes

Longer appointments are available at the rate of $250 per hour.

Our current fees are:

  • 1-Hour New Patient Appointment: $250
  • 1- Hour Follow ups: $250
  • 60 to 90 Minute Paperwork: $250 – $375
  • Independent medical Exam Layer requested: $375 
  • Longer Appointments: $250 per hour

We aim to make our services as affordable as possible and offer payment plans for those who need more flexibility.

No, a referral is not required to schedule an appointment with us.
We welcome both self-referred patients and those referred by other healthcare providers.

Our Educational Visits are designed for individuals and families seeking a deeper understanding of dysautonomia. These sessions focus on:

  • Understanding the biology/physiology of POTS
  •  Introduction to Dysautonomia: Comprehensive information about the condition, its symptoms, and management.
  • Questions: Answering educational questions and giving ideas of questions to ask your own doctor
